一度来店し平面図をコピー取らせていたにもかかわらず紛失し、このご時世なのでメールで送付すると言っても「行き違いがあるといけないので来店しろ」の一点張り。
失くしたことの謝罪は当然無し。
社長でこれですから、従業員の質もしれたものでしょう。
