この個人情報が問題になる中での対応に不振が募る!
前にも1度間違いに付いて連絡したのに再度起こった。連絡しFAXコピーをとり今こちらでの負担が出るので確認して連絡お願いするも連絡なし。
挨拶（お詫び)に来るもかき集めた感満載の物だ。使わない物をその場で確認して叩き返せ場良かったと後悔。私の負担額は連絡した私が負担して一番の被害者では無いかと。でも今後も間違いが続くとコピ-代など更に負担がのしかかる。この様な場合こちらはどうしたら良いのか?
この負担はどうなるか尋ねるも口を濁して返答ない。コピーようしを持って来るわけでも無かった。
私はクレーマーだったのか???今度3度目の間違いが来ないとは言えない対応に不安です。
