真心や浪漫、心意気感じられる。
だから、高評価多いし、常連さんも多い。

実際、すごい努力家であり素晴らしい部分は事実としてあるが、一人の大人としては非常に不安定さ伺える言動がときおり色濃すぎてSNSの投稿文が痛々しい。
自店の価格設定が自らも安いと思いつつも、つり上げないのは、お客様を思ってのことのようにみえるが、ケーキだけの注文はやめてほしいそう(しかし、ワンドリンク注文制にはしないとのこと。お店支えたい気持ちがあるならば利益出しやすいドリンクを注文すること世間で定着化してほしいそうで、それを、マナーという定義されている)
実情を教えるのも自由かつ
色んな考え方があるのも自由だが、あまりに自分の考え、持論をポストで垂れ流し過ぎなゆえに、メンタル不安定時の支離滅裂さ感じるときがある。
一人で切り盛りされるしかないゆえの疲労もあるかもしれないが、大丈夫かな？と端からおもうこと度々ある。
メンタル面危うい感じがあるので(だから一人で営業するしかないのでは？)そういう面を察してしまう場合は残念に思いつつ足を向けなくなってしまうかも。
美味しいご飯とスイーツ、なのは確か。
まだ成人前の子どもさんたち何人もいるようなので
常連さんたちでどうか気にかけて
ささえてあげてほしいお店である。

いつも心のこもったおもてなしと、素敵な料理を提供してくださっています。
料理はビーガンという枠を超えて、今まで食べた中でも一番心に残るほど美味しいです。
繊細で丁寧で本当に味わって食べたくなるような、食の時間が楽しくなるような味付けです。
また、オーナーの方はいつも朗らかに優しく接してくださって近隣のおすすめスポットなども教えてくださいます。
