お通しは2人で小さい1皿(お箸で食べるものなのに)、しかも料理が出たあとにしれっと出してくるし。全体的に、スタッフが鈍いと感じました。飲み屋としての素質は低いです。
味のわりには価格設定も高めです。お通しの金額が知りたかったのですが、レシートが出ないそうで。あとで計算したら恐ろしい金額でした。あれで？と。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大通りからは外れますが、距離的には水戸駅から徒歩１０分程度の所にあるお店です。
石窯キッチンというだけあり、厨房に高火力の石窯があり、これで焼いたピッツァ等がメインのお店です。
メニューについては、特に特定ジャンルの料理のお店と定まっているわけではないようですが、全体的にはイタリアンがベースになっているようです。
お昼はランチメニューがあり、これはピッツァやパスタの他にカレーやハンバーグ、グラタン、サンドイッチ等もあるようです。
ピッツァは生地厚め、トマトソースはホールトマトを漉したもので塩分は加えられていない、強いて分類するならナポリピッツァに近いものです。
（＊自分の食べた感想です。お店側は特に○○風とか指定してしていません）
ただナポリ風のものより軽くて歯切れがよく、お腹いっぱい食べても もたれにくそうな、とても食べやすい生地になっています。
粉選びから水分量のバランスなど かなりこだわっているようで、よそでは味わったことのない、このお店ならではのピッツァに仕上がっています。
来店した際は是非 試しておくべきでしょう。
今回はランチでの訪問でしたが、夜メニューにも気になるものが多かったし、名物のゴルゴンゾーラとはちみちのピッツァも頂けていないので、近いうちに機会を作って夜にも伺いたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピザ。とっても！美味しかった！もう少しムラム無くチーズがかかっていればもっと良かった！(たまたまかとは思いますが。)女性の店員さんかまキビキビとしていて、見てて気持ち良かったです！！床が少し滑りそうな雰囲気も少しだけ気になりましたが、再訪は完全に有りな素敵空間でした。
