リーマンショック時には多くの仲間が切られた。正社員の管理職は威張っている奴が目立った。（もちろんそうでない人もいた） 工場勤務はルーチン作業であり、やりがいがあるものではないのだが、モチベーションの向上に繋がるような事象は全く無かったのが残念だった。

Many friends were cut during the Lehman shock. The full-time managers were conspicuously intimidating. (Of course, there were people who did not.) Work at the factory was a routine work and it was not worthwhile, but it was a pity that there were no events that would improve motivation.
