T	T A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここでアパート借りましたが、入居した日から部屋から薬品の様な激臭がして消えません。体に不調がでて2時間も室内に居られませんでした。その事を伝えて解約しようとしたところ、対応もしっかりしてもらえず…担当の方は仮に下水道の臭いがしても住めますよね?と原因を追求せず、人情味がない不誠実な対応をされてます。その部屋は7/1から借りて1日たりとも住んでないのに、初期費用を返すどころか違約金を払えと言われてます。ここでは何かあっても親身になってくれないので、部屋を借りるのはお勧めしません。話し合いをして解決する努力もなく、住めないのならお金を払って解約してくれという最悪な扱いでした。星1もつけたくないです。 I rented an apartment here, but from the day I moved in, the room smelled like chemicals and did not disappear. We do not pursue the cause, and we are treated in a dishonest manner with no humanity. Even though I rented the room from July 1st and haven't lived in it for a day, I'm told to pay a penalty instead of paying the initial cost. We don't recommend renting a room here as it won't be friendly to you if anything happens. Without any effort to discuss and resolve If I couldn't live, I was treated as the worst to pay and cancel. I don't want to add 1 star.

Let's move in ... I will never choose Daito Trust Construction again.
