少しもちっとした米が口の中でほろりと崩れネタと絡みあいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理と関係ないのですが、お手洗いの小窓から見えるブロック塀の苔(曇りの日でしたがキレイな緑色)とハンドソープの良い香りが印象に残りました。女将お手製の糠漬けに菊の花びら、山田洋次監督の大ファンの大将の握りも、もちろんおいしいです。
Although it has nothing to do with cooking, I was impressed by the moss on the block wall (a cloudy day but a beautiful green color) and the nice scent of hand soap that can be seen from the small window of the restroom. Of course, the landlady's handmade rice bran pickles, chrysanthemum petals, and the grip of a big fan of director Yoji Yamada are also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネタが分厚い！食べごたえがある。ランチだからと手を抜かず、ランチ価格で出していいのか不安になるレベルの大きさ。回る寿司屋の2~4倍はある。シャリはあまり酢を効かせずネタをゆっくり味あわせるスタイル。イカも本マグロも仕入れが高いはずなのに太っ腹！
The material is thick! It's good to eat. It's a size that makes me wonder if it's okay to serve it at lunch price without cutting corners because it's lunch. There are two to four times as many sushi restaurants as you go around. The sushi rice is a style that does not use much vinegar and slowly tastes the ingredients. Both squid and bluefin tuna should be expensive, but they are hungry!
