発生時刻：2018.7.14 AM4:30頃
発生場所：国道54号線 緑井（可部方面）
状況の詳細：パトカーとの並走につき、その周囲の一般車両は法定速度で走行。その車列の後方より当該トラックが法定速度を超える速度で接近し、私の後方で煽り運転を開始（車間距離不保持）。
しばらく続けたのち、並走していたパトカーからトラックドライバーに警告があり、煽り運転をやめるが、パトカーがいなくなった後、法定速度50km/hの区間を80km/hほどで車線変更を繰り返しながら走行。
車両番号：広島 100 き 31-05
ネームプレートの記載：坂本吉也/花本㒖（？）
トラックには「MAZDA」の文字が印字されています（マツダグループ？）が、コンプライアンスなどの実際の程度は低く(※)、危険なドライバーを有した会社のようです。
