近	近藤智行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸建てを賃貸に出すために修繕（クロス張りかえ、電気工事、窓枠取り換え、トイレフル入れ替えetc）と間取り変更（+洋室化）を実施。大手のリフォーム屋さんと比べると人件費単価が15％ぐらい高いですが、その価値はありました。修繕箇所が多く、施工管理も求められる工事や何度も相談してコンセプトを設計に落とし込みたい時にはおすすめです。（依頼内容が例えば壁紙張替えだけ、などシンプルな時は割高になります。）打ち合わせの回数も多かったですが現場、ショールーム、LINE通話の組み合わせで根気強くすり合わせをして頂きました。特にLINEでやり取りできるのが平日の仕事との両立の面で助かりました。やり取りの履歴も見積のPDFファイルも残るので認識違いが減り、見積の履歴もスマホで簡単に探せて紙資料の山にならずにすみました。修繕箇所の写真が送れるのも設計の際は助かりました。直接、話したほうが早いなーという時はそのまま通話ボタンへ。見積も希望どおりの明細レベルにしてくれました。施工完了までお会いした方々はみなさん丁寧で感じよかったです。おかげ様ですぐに入居者が見つかりました。次の修繕もお願いすると思います。 Repairs (replacement of cloth, electrical work, replacement of window frames, replacement of full toilets, etc.) and floor plan changes (+ Western-style rooms) are carried out in order to put out the detached house for rent.
