★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 補聴器は日々の生活にとても必要な物なのに、会社勤めをしている私には日曜日がお休みなのがとても不便です。メンテナンスに行くのにも平日に時間を作らなければならなく利用しづらいです。また新人さんなのか何をするにも奥に引っ込んで確認をとる人に対応されると不安になります。１人で対応できる人が１人立ちできるまで側で一緒に対応するとかしてもらえたら安心すると思います。専属の担当者制とかにしてもらえたら日々の補聴器の使い方にあったアドバイスがもらえたり、商品の紹介もしてもらえるのではとおもっています。
Hearing aids are a very necessary part of my daily life, but it is very inconvenient for me, who works for a company, to take a day off on Sundays. It is difficult to use because I have to make time on weekdays to go to maintenance. Also, I'm worried if someone who is a newcomer or something is going to go back and check it.
