★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日帰りバスツアーで立ち寄った場所で、偶然見つけたお店です。有名なお店なのだと考えますが、私は全く知りませんでした。試食させてもらった半熟カステラを購入、カステラという先入観をもって食べるので、最初はカステラ❓️と思いますが、すぐにそんなことは忘れて しまいます。とにかく美味しい‼️あくまでも個人的な意見ですが、これなら１ホールペロリといけます‼️オススメです‼️
This is a shop I found accidentally at a place I visited on a day bus tour. I think it is a famous shop, but I never knew it. I bought a half-boiled castella that I had sampled and eat it with a preconceived idea of castella, so at first I think it is castella ❓️, but I forget that soon. Anyway delicious rice cake ️It's a personal opinion, but if this is a one-hole pelori ホ ー ル️ Recommended‼ ️

店内はお世辞にも広いとは言えませんが、試食もいろいろと出来、店員さんが丁寧に商品の説明もしてくれます。
バウムクーヘンのラスクや、他にも珍しいお菓子がいろいろありました。
だいぶ目移りしてしまいましたが、やはりこのお店のウリの半熟カステラを購入。
適度な甘さとしっとりした口当たりで、ホント美味しかったです。
A sweets shop famous for its soft-boiled castella, located on Makiyuki-dori on the Mikuni Highway in Shiozawa.
The inside of the store is not large enough to compliment, but you can sample various things and the clerk will explain the products carefully.
There were Baumkuchen rusks and many other rare sweets.
I've moved a lot, but I bought the soft-boiled castella of Uri from this shop.
It was really delicious with a moderate sweetness and a moist mouthfeel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま用事で塩沢に行った時、原信で見つけたここの半熟カステラを買って帰ったら、みんなに喜ばれたので、お店の場所を検索して翌週行きました。
他のお菓子も、懐かしい味もあったりして、楽しかった。お店のおかぁさんもイイ感じの方でした。
When I happened to go to Shiozawa for business, I bought a soft-boiled castella that I found in Harashin and returned home, and everyone was pleased, so I searched for the location of the shop and went the next week.
I enjoyed the other sweets because they had a nostalgic taste. The mother of the shop was also a good person.
