There is a park on the side and you can see from the bottom.
There is a dumb card.

If you collect 5 dam cards from the Kizugawa Dam General Management Center, you will receive an original dam card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理棟までバイクで行けないと、書き込んでる方がおられますが…通ることは出来ます(自己責任で)。管理人のおじさんにダムカレーのお店まで教えた頂き、食べて帰りました?

道中狭い道を通りましたが、対向車が来たらすれ違いが厳しいかも(；・ω・)
景色はまぁ普通でしたが、広場でのんびり過ごすには良いところです。

The scenery was ok, but it's a good place to relax on the square.

管理所側の県道25号はバイクが通行禁止ですので管理所の反対側にある、ダムまほろば公園にバイクを止めてダムを渡り管理所に行くことになります。
The staff was kind.
Bikes are not allowed on prefectural road 25 on the side of the management office, so you will have to stop your bike at Dam Mahoroba Park on the opposite side of the management office and cross the dam to the management office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダムにてせき止められた水はあんまり綺麗ではありませんでしたが水が放流されていると綺麗なんでしょうね。
丁度見物中にダムからの放送で夏には花火大会等を開催すると宣伝されてました。
ダムカード貰えたんですね、機会があったら貰いに行きたいです。
