もともと北野田周辺で物件を探そうとしていた為、こちらにお世話になり始めましたが、とても良い物件を見つけて下さり、
新築ということもあって知りたい情報が多かった為、色々とご無理を言ってしまったにもかかわらず、親身に対応してくださいました。
また転居などある際はまた清水さんにお願いしたいと思う位、凄く感謝しております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの接客対応や電話対応は丁寧ですし、感じのいい笑顔などよく教育されている印象です。
お客の要望は考慮しながらも、終始主導権を離さず話を進行し契約まで運ぶあたりはさすがだなと思いました。
ここで部屋を探して契約する分は問題ないと思います。
私もここで契約手続きしたのち「ここが管理担当する物件」に住んだのですが、その後の放ったらかしぷりがヒドいです。
ほんとにあの店舗のスタッフか⁉と疑問に思うほどの″だらしない対応″にガッカリで、金メッキをまとった当てにならない連中だと感じました。
少しキツイ言い方になって申し訳ありません。
The staff's customer service and telephone support are polite, and I have the impression that they are well educated, such as a pleasant smile.
While considering the customer's request, I thought that it would be true to proceed with the talk and carry it to the contract without letting go of the initiative from beginning to end.
I think it's okay to find a room here and sign a contract.
After completing the contract procedure here, I also lived in the "property that I am in charge of managing", but I'm afraid that I'll leave it after that.
I was disappointed with the "sloppy response" that made me wonder if it was the staff of that store, and I felt that they were unreliable people wearing gold plating.
I'm sorry to say it a little hard.
