当初は北側にある校舎しかなくて運動場も広かったです 職員室は北校舎の東端にありました
昭和51年頃に新たに師勝西小学校が完成して徳重名古屋芸大駅付近の鹿田南部(坂巻、神明附)地域の児童は移動して行きました
それでも当時は子供も増えていき教室が足りずに昭和50年代中頃に今の南校舎が完成しました
開校50年に向かってますが、今は児童数も激減しています
ただ、先生方が今もしっかりと良い学校を継続していただいていると思います
