本	本庄宗太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは最低ですね！前日に送迎のための配車が可能か確認した際にスタート地点、到着地点を伝え料金まで確認し、検討後連絡としていたにも関わらず、翌日依頼の為連絡したところ配車予定地が管轄外だから他の会社に頼んでくれと断られました。配車可能地域が「長野市内」今回依頼したスタート地点も到着地点も同じ長野市内なのにです。前日聞いた時は配車できないって言われてないですよ、と聞いてみても「あぁ、そうですか、そこは管轄外なんでダメです」とだけ…。 HPにも管轄の案内は無いし、今回の案内が間違っていたのか、前回が間違っていたのか、どちらにしてもユーザーにやさしい会社とは思えません。結局別のタクシー会社に同条件で相談したところ、快諾していただけましたし、料金もここの2/3程度で済みました。電話の応対や、料金等もろもろ含めて2度とこの会社には連絡しませんね！最低です！！ This is the worst! In the end, after consulting with another taxi company on the same terms, I was happy to accept and the fare was only about 2/3 here. I won't contact this company again, including phone calls and fees! Lowest! !

t	tom tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 走行可能な歩道で自転車に乗っていたら怒鳴られました。ビックリして危なかったので、どういう事か聞きに行ったところ、話しにならないので、長野タクシー本部に電話したところ全く取り合ってもらえず、こちらに非は無いの一点張りでした。警察にも確認したところタクシーの運転手が間違っているとの事でした。まともなサービスは期待出来ない会社だと思います。 I was yelled when I was riding a bicycle on the sidewalk where I could drive. I was surprised and dangerous, so I went to ask what it was, but I couldn't talk about it, so when I called the Nagano Taxi Headquarters, I couldn't get a deal at all. Ta. I also confirmed with the police that the taxi driver was wrong. I don't think you can expect decent service.
