★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理・製品販売の店員共に、対応が不親切、何にも解決しなかった。アップル製品を仕方なく売っている感じが前面に出ており、二度と行かない。

Because, they don't keep inventory for customer who take reservation.
In addition, they provided that inventory to other customer who don't take reservation same day!!!!
You can not fix your phone forever if you visit here.
結論：iPhoneのバッテリー交換をここではしない方がいいです。
事前予約をしている顧客に対してその在庫確保をしていなかっただけではなく、当日該当在庫があるのにもかかわらず、飛び込み客に提供しているため、予約をして来店したとしても一生修理ができない可能性があるお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非正規店でバッテリー交換をしたのですが2ヶ月でダメになりこちらの店舗で正規品に交換してもらいました。
バッテリー残量が多かったので放電させるのに時間が掛かりましたが無事に交換して頂けました。
受付からスムーズに対応してもらえて満足しています。
I replaced the battery at a non-genuine store, but it didn't work in two months and I had it replaced with a genuine one at this store.
It took a long time to discharge because the battery was high, but it was replaced safely.
I am satisfied with the smooth response from the reception.

各地にあるT siteですが、近所にもあるのは便利。
シャトルバスも30毎に出ていて、電車でも車でも行けるのも助かります。
蔦屋書店は勿論のことですが、様々な店舗が入っているので飽きません。
関連本の近くには関連グッズが置いてあり思わず手が伸びてしまいます。
スターバックスも良いのですが、他にもお茶を飲めるスペースがあるので普段と異なるメニューやスイーツが食べたい方はおススメです。
家電や料理教室、イベントも盛りだくさん。
お子様連れの方もキッズフロアで思う存分に遊ばせる事が可能なので自分の時間も取れるのです。
一日中居ても楽しい場所でした。

データのファイル保存の仕方も教えてくれ、焼き増しの時には便利です。
店頭にある商品についても丁寧に説明してくれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service but good luck getting an appointment. Apparently the secret to getting an appointment on apple support is to check around 2000 the night before. Some of the staff speaks English and it’s in a cool mall.
