待ち時間なく案内され女性スタッフの方が対応してくださり、とても親切、丁寧でわかりやすい説明をしてくださりました。
結果は治らなかったのですが納得して帰ることができました。
とてもいいショップさんだと思いました。
I made a reservation in advance and came to the store for the first time because the iPhone suddenly stopped turning on.
We were guided without waiting time and the female staff responded and gave us a very kind, polite and easy-to-understand explanation.
The result did not go away, but I was convinced that I was able to go home.
I thought it was a very good shop.

I visited to repair the iPhone, but the staff in charge gave me a very good response with a smile. The other staff members also listened to the story of another customer while looking at each other and giving an aizuchi. It's not a place I use many times, but it made me want to come again.

1100円のアップルスマホクリーニングW除菌をしましたが、汚れと埃はほとんど落ちていなくてガッカリしました。
自分でウエットティシュで拭いたほうが安上がりで綺麗になります。
A newcomer responded, but I felt that it was still early to serve customers alone.
I did Apple Smartphone Cleaning W sterilization for 1100 yen, but I was disappointed that there was almost no dirt and dust removed.
It is cheaper and cleaner to wipe it with a wet tissue by yourself.
