★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 証明写真の撮影をして頂きました。事前予約等はなく、ブースが空いていたら撮影という形です。
急遽証明写真が必要となり駆け込みでしたが受付や撮影もスムーズに対応して頂きました。出来上がりも早く、15分程度で4枚と、焼き増し用のROMを頂きました。
撮影中にも髪型や服装、顔の角度なども親切に直して頂いたり、表情についても的確なアドバイスで印象の良い仕上がりになったと思います。
車やバスでないと不便な場所にありますので(私は歩いて30分程度の最寄りです)星は満点ではありませんが、また必要になった時は是非利用したいです。

I rushed in because I needed an ID photo in a hurry, but the reception and shooting were smooth. It was completed quickly, and I received 4 ROMs for reprinting in about 15 minutes.
I think that the hairstyle, clothes, face angle, etc. were kindly corrected during the shooting, and the facial expression was also given accurate advice to give a good impression.
The stars are not perfect because they are inconvenient if you don't have a car or bus (I'm about 30 minutes on foot), but I definitely want to use them when I need them again.

以前メールにてメーカーへ質問した結果が後日届いたのだが、この店の説明と違う！
数日後、メーカーより直接購入し、メール内容通り使えたのだが、当初この店で受けた説明はデタラメだったことが判明し、売れ残った機種を契約させるための手段だったのではないか？と疑う。
こんないい加減な店員の説明で買うのは後悔するハメになる

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話をした時にはラインモの契約ができると言われたのに、行ってみたら条件があって契約できなかった。先に言ってほしい。急ぎだったので他社のプランを紹介してもらったが、高額な方のプランや機種を勧めてきたり、格安は店員からは紹介しない。不信感しかありません。契約しなきゃ良かった。年配の男性です。
接客業ならもっと親身になるべきでは？
