ただし年賀状作成ソフトはちょっと不満です。
写真データを持ち込んで、好きなデザインを選べるのは良いです。しかし、注文ボタンを押してから値段を表示する仕様なので、注文を確定するまで金額がわからないです。
確定してみたら思ってたより高くて、ビックリしましたが、確定済みなのでどうにもならないです。

However, the New Year's card creation software is a little dissatisfied.
It is good to bring your photo data and choose your favorite design. However, since the price is displayed after the order button is pressed, the price is unknown until the order is confirmed.

受付を行い適当に日にちを記載した店員は無能。
When I went to pick up the item with the specified date of receipt, the item had not been delivered yet.
The clerk who accepted and stated the date appropriately is incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急遽、記念写真をお願いしましたが、卒業シーズンで結構予約が入っている様子でしたが、快く引き受けて頂き、写真を撮って頂く事が出来ました。事情を考慮して頂き、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。家の近くにお店があるので、写真の事は利用させて頂いていましたが、これからも引き続き利用させて頂きます??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to process film. The junior staff member didn't really know what she was doing but at least she listened to me. The senior member called their head office then returned to give me 10,000 excuses instead of just saying "sorry, NO we cannot process your film". There is nowhere else in Matsumoto to process film at the time of this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to develop my film using standard c41 processing and they refused to do it because they didn't recognize the brand of film. They said they would have to send it away for 7 to 10 days to MAYBE process it. Absolutely pathetic and shameful that they can't do standard processing for such a silly reason. Don't waste your time going here.
Edit: I sent my film to PriNet and they managed to do it for much cheaper and the entire process of sending them and getting them back took about 1 week.
