★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 父の遺品のPENTAXを下取り査定して頂いたところ、500円とのことでした。値踏みするかのように判断を迫られ(足元を見られ)、売り急いでしまいましたが、今は後悔しています。キタムラさんは、高価買い取りをCMで謳っていますが、???という印象です。個人的にはお勧めしませんし、他の買い取り業者さんとの査定額の比較検討をする事お勧め致します。担当する方にもよると思いますが、キタムラさんは信用出来ないので売買しません。

まごついていたら親切に操作法と、プリント可能な最大サイズのアドバイスをしていただきました。
Webでの予約をすると、自宅から歩いて取りにゆく時間でプリントが出来ることも教わりました。
次回からはこれにします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が良い方もいらっしゃいますが店員さんの一人に、説明時に少しでも聞き返すと理解してないと思われたのか、半笑いで説明され少し不愉快でした。
それ以外は普通に良いとは思います。

先日「今の時期は年賀状やらで忙しいから平日に来てくれ」と
"思い切りため息と嫌な顔をされて”言われました。
こちらの都合は無視ですか？こちらも理由があって週末に来たんや。
昔から利用していた店舗なので、この店長に変わってからも我慢しながら利用してきたけど、客の都合を完全無視した「土日祝日は来るな発言」は看過できません。
長い間お世話になりました、さようなら。
この店長がいなくならない限りもう利用しません。
