証明写真の焼き増しに開店後 間もなく訪問。先約が1名居るので少し待つらしく尋ねると15分ほどとの事。
連絡先も告げていたし、店内からガラス越しの出口脇に駐車した車に居るので仕上がったら連絡を貰うように伝えて待つ。
30分経ち声掛けも連絡も無く、40分経ち予定に遅れるので此方から出向くと｢予定通り仕上がってますが？｣的な物言い。謝罪どころか悪びれもしない神経に呆れる。
店内も来客は疎らで多忙でもないうえ、前述伝えているのに、保管棚に収納する時間はあっても、声掛けや連絡すらできないサービスレベルと対応不可なら最初に明確に断るべきなのに、それすらしない職業意識。
対応した数名の属人的とはいえ｢高品質な証明写真｣を謳いつつ顧客軽視の｢低品質なサービスレベル｣が窺えたので、次からは他を当たることにして二度と利用しない。

写真のプリントは発注に多少の慣れが必要だが、難しくはないので取っつきやすい。店員さんの説明も丁寧です。
店内に置かれた製品も多く、大抵のものは間に合う。なかなかの品揃え。
自分、写真や機材にそれほどこだわりはないので、充分満足。とても便利なお店といった感じです。
ただ、店舗の周囲は商業施設が多いため、道路は混雑していることが多い。自動車での訪問はアクセスに時間を要する。駐車場も少し狭いかな。

今回は、スマホで撮影した写真を1枚だけプリントするために行きました。入口の消毒液で手指消毒をして、年賀状作成やアルバム作成、デジカメ・スマホの写真プリント等のメニューが映し出されているパソコンモニターの前に座り 「FUJIFILM おみせプリント」というアプリをスマホにインストールしてそれを使ってお店に発注し、10分ほど待つだけで手頃な値段で写真を受け取ることができました。
店の奥の方からフラッシュの光と音が漏れてくるので見ると、こども写真館「スタジオマリオ」が店内に併設されていました。
この店では、写真のプリント、スタジオ写真撮影に加え、デジタルカメラ、ビデオカメラ、スマートフォン、写真用額縁、アルバムなどの販売も行なっています。
営業時間は、10時00分から19時00分です。
