★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 倉敷で唯一のAppleサポートショップです。一階にあるので、岡山駅前のビックカメラのAppleサポートショップよりも行きやすいです。ただし、プロフェッショナル度は、ビックカメラの方が上です。キタムラは敷居が低いのと、予約無しでも平日なら、それほど待たずに対応してもらえるところが良い点です。ビックカメラは、予約無しで行くと早くて30分、下手をすると1時間以上待たされる事も珍しくありません。ケースバイケースでどちらに行くか考えた方がいいですね。
This is the only Apple support shop in Kurashiki. Because it is on the first floor, it is easier to go than the Apple Support Shop of BicCamera in front of Okayama Station. However, professionalism is better for BicCamera. Kitamura has a low threshold, and it is good that you can respond without having to wait so much on weekdays without reservation. It is not uncommon for a BicCamera to wait 30 minutes at the earliest without a reservation and to wait for an hour or more when it is poor. It ’s better to think about where to go on a case-by-case basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で画面の損失とか伝えたのに、本体を見た瞬間本体交換ですね。わざわざ電話予約して壊れ具合、状況説明して来たのに完全なる無駄足でした。２度と行きません。

30代くらいの男性スタッフの方に、とても丁寧に対応して頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhoneを落下させ画面に緑の線が入りタップには反応するもののアプリが開かずスライドも出来ず電源も落とせない状態で こんなの修理できるのか？そんな思いで持って行った。
平日予約無しで15分くらい待ち 丁寧な対応で1時間後には修理完了 助かりました
