★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 着物の着付けで今回お世話になりました。着付け時刻は予約より１時間半ほど待ちました。予約より遅れているとの連絡はなく、駐車場は満車で、他のお客さんも待っているようでした。中には店の前や近くの路上に駐車しているお客さんもいました。お客さんに迷惑を掛けているだけではなく、近隣や通行車両にまで迷惑をかけているようでした。店主の方は店員に何か指示することなく過ごしていました。
遅れの理由はお店から聞いていません。地元の呉服屋さんですが、残念に思いました。
Thank you for wearing the kimono this time. I waited for about an hour and a half from the reservation for the dressing time. There was no notification that it was behind the reservation, the parking lot was full, and it seemed that other customers were waiting. Some customers parked in front of the store or on the streets nearby. Not only did it bother customers, but it also seemed to bother neighbors and passing vehicles. The shopkeeper was spending time without giving any instructions to the clerk.
I have not heard the reason for the delay from the shop. It's a local kimono shop, but I was disappointed.
