最初にメールでやり取りしたスタッフさんは丁寧に対応してくれたんだけど、お店の別のおじさんスタッフはこんな悪いマナーで無愛想な態度をしたのは残念だと思う。挨拶や名乗りすらしなくて、人と話の途中で急に席を外したり電話をとったり別のスタッフと話しかけたりして、人の質問もなんかごまかそうとしてやがて真面目に回答してくれなかった。初期費用見積書も適当に出して、間違えた金額とお客様名を書いたやつを見せた。chintaiの問い合わせページではもう事前に入居希望期間を伝えて、そしてスタッフさんから本日物件の内見も大丈夫なので来店してほしいと言われたのに、結局お店に来たらその入居時間はダメになって本日の内見もダメになってしまった。じゃ今日は何のために御社へ伺うのは全然意味わからない。大切の週末時間が無駄になった。しかも人の国籍を間違えて韓国人と呼ばれたのは最悪。外国人の客をバカにしないほしい。全然おすすめできない店舗と思う。自分の前職も不動産会社なので、正直こんな悪い態度のスタッフさんは今まで一度も見たことない。

In the inquiry page of chintai, I told the occupancy period in advance, and the staff told me that the inside of the property is OK today so I would like you to come to the store, but in the end when I came to the store the occupancy time was useless So today's look has become useless. So today, I don't understand what it is to visit your company. My precious weekend time wasted. Moreover, it is the worst that a person's nationality was mistaken and he was called a Korean. I don't want to fool foreign customers. I think it is a store that I cannot recommend at all. Since my previous job is also a real estate company, I have never seen a staff member with such a bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別の不動産屋でも物件を探していたのですが、なかなか良い物件が見つからず、目の前にあったので駆け込みでお店に来店させて頂きました。
唐突にも関わらず、親身に話を聞いて下さったり、何かわからないと、すぐ連絡して先方に聞いてくださったり、丁寧な対応でした。

また、厳しい条件にも関わらず、親身になって物件を探して紹介していただいたり、入居後の家具などの配置を一緒に考えてくださりと、とても優しい担当の方に対応していただけた事が良かったです。ありがとうございました。
