★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々は分譲だったマンションです。始発駅が目の前で広くて安くて大変便利。最近ではリノベーションをした賃貸や学生さんをはじめとした若い方が増えている様子。補足として初期搭載はバランス釜です。ただし一階は夜のデリバリー業者さんや怪しい方がとても多く、深夜はそれ用の車が頻繁に停まっています。
