人の出入りにもムラがありますが、外付けの駐輪場には常に公園のキャパに迫る数の自転車が停められてます。
This is a park that is not relaxed with all the facilities on a small site.
There is some variation in the way people enter and leave, but there are always a number of bicycles parked near the park's capacity at the external bicycle parking lot.
