 I am attending for the purpose of a fulfilling studio program. The instructors were wonderful, my body was tight and I was feeling better. I will continue to attend.

ランニングコース、走りやすかったです。プールも綺麗で快適です。時間で区切られて、たくさん泳ぐ人歩く人子供と遊ぶ人にコース分かれてます。
更衣室のシャワーも使えますが、ボディシャンプーやシャンプーは使えません。

仕事の帰りに 二週だけウォーキングして帰っています?
危なくウォーキングが 出来るので 大変良いです?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サオリーナではエアロビクスやヨガ教室もされていて以前通っていました！設備はきれいだし気持ちいいです。駐車場も広くて外周はランニングしたりウォーキングしたりする人で賑わっています！一キロとか看板が出ているので走ると励みにもなります。メッセウイング・みえではイベントが開催される事が多く先日はおぼろタオルさんのイベントに行ってきました～
I used to go to Saorina for aerobics and yoga classes! The equipment is clean and comfortable. The parking lot is large and the outer circumference is crowded with people running and walking! There is a signboard for a kilometer, so running will be encouraging. Many events are held at Messe Wing Mie, and the other day I went to Oboro Towel's event ~
