玄関を入ってすぐのところで好みの味を伝えると、保管庫から合うものを持ってきてくださいました。
酒蔵カードもいただきました。

人間でいうと70歳くらいにあたるとのことで、最初は座布団の上で丸くなってましたが、わざわざ土間に下りて一人ずつご挨拶してくれるいい子でした?
お酒も折角なので、あまり酒屋さんで見ないものと思って、やまんばというどぶろくの上澄みのようなもの、というご説明の物を買いました。アルコール度数が少し高めで、辛口でどっしりしたお味の肉料理にピッタリ。
美味しくいただいてます?

古々酒「ひらた」十年物ですが、飲みロがあっさりして、ついつい飲みすぎてしまいます。
全国新酒鑑評会に入賞したそうです。

今回は蔵へは行かず、純米吟醸を平田村の道の駅で買いました。
しっとりした良い日本酒です。
