お	おはな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のランチタイムにお邪魔しました。店内は他に二組ほどしかおらず、待っている方も居なかった為、(すぐに案内して頂けるかな〜？)と店員さんが来るのを待っていたら女性店員さんに無言で「？」といった顔をされ困惑しました。普通は「何名様ですか？」等と聞くのでは？ステーキは鉄板もペレットも低温だったのか食べ始めからぬるく、すぐに冷めてしまい残念でした。ライスがお皿の端の方にシャモジの形そのままでデン！(上手く表現できない。笑)ともられた？置かれた？状態だったのは驚きました。レンジで温めるパックご飯なのかな？と家族と話し合ったくらいです? 飲食店であの乱雑な見た目のまま出されたのははじめてです。他の方のレビュー写真ではキレイにもられているのになぁ…笑同系列の他店より料理接客共に劣っていると感じました。若いアルバイトさんで回している様でしたので、時間帯によってバラつきがあるのかもしれませんね。美味しいステーキを楽しみに行ったのに料理も接客も残念な感じで、家族みんなションボリして帰りました。こちらの店舗はもう行かないです。 I visited you at lunch time on Saturday. m	m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここじゃなくて本社に言いたいけど、はじめて行く人にとってはメニュー表見づらい。メニューに載ってるものとはまったく量が違うからわかりずらい。量ちゃんとはかったのか怪しい。客は全然いないのに、食べ終わった皿やゴミは机にそのまま。いらっしゃいませもない。案内されたかと思えば、食べ終わった皿やゴミのある席に案内しようとして「あっ、こちらで」と空いてる席をなんとか探して案内。鉄板や焼き直す石みたいなのもほんの1分くらいしか熱くなくて後半生のまま食べさせられるし、すぐ冷めるなら交換とかしてほしい。ほんとに最悪。無駄に高い金額の頼んで、来たものがほんの数口のものだったから食べても美味しくなかった。星一つもつけたくなかったし、もう二度と行かない。 I'd like to tell the head office instead of here, but it's hard to see the menu table for those who are new to it.
