説明不足により機種に家のWifiが繋がりに難くなり、機種変更線をキャンセルしようとしたら、この支店の田中と電話でお話。
ドコモショップでの機種の説明不足でお客様にご迷惑があった場合はキャンセルできない。それは購入したお客様の責任であり、ドコモには責任は無いとのこと。この理由はお客様からスマホの会社が変わることによりどのようなことが起きるかの質問がなかったからだそうです。
気をつけましょうね。ドコモにはお客様に物を売るとき根本的なマナーが無いみたいです。
