車検の時は新潟市に住んでいましたが、修理のお願いをした時は、同じ新潟県内でもお店のある阿賀野市からはかなり遠い所に住んでいたにもかかわらず、引き取り・納車共にわざわざこちらまで来て下さいました。
なかなか直らなかったエンジンの不調も一度で直していただき、感謝しています。
メールでのやりとりができるのも、とても良いと思います。メールでの説明も細かくていねいで、とても分かりやすいです。
整備、対応共にとても素晴らしく、遠くても、車の事は全てお任せしたくなるようなお店でした。

I am grateful for fixing the malfunction of the engine that was not easily fixed once.
I think it's also very good to be able to communicate via email. The explanation in the email is also very detailed and very easy to understand.
The maintenance and response were very nice, and it was a store that wanted to leave everything about the car, even in the distance.
