毎日ギザギザが見えるようになりMRIを撮ってもらいました。朝8時に行って4時間かかりました。 血管の収縮で頭痛が起きるから薬飲むか、 病院に注射をうちにくるのが早いと言われましたが MRIの結果を聞いても「分からない、終わりです」と、何度か言い方をかえて尋ねても「終わりです」を連呼。早く帰ってほしいのか、せかされて不安だけが残りました。他の口コミで言われている受付の方は変わったのか、私が話した方は感じが良かったです。

厳しい意見が多いので、自分の感想を。 あくまで自分が受けた脳神経外科、受付の方、電話対応の方に対する意見になりますが、とても丁寧で印象が良いです。 私の診察をしてくださった先生はとても丁寧で優しい印象でしたが、院長(?)の方は確かに冷たい印象を持ちました。 電話対応についての厳しい意見が多いですが、私の対応してくださった方はどの病院の方よりも丁寧に対応してくださりました。

子供の定期検診で、異常があるかも?とのことで、こちらのクリニックの招待状をいただきました。 電話で、招待状をもらった旨を説明し予約してから来院しました。 受付をすませ、40分ほど待ったのちに、今日の先生はこちらの症状は見られないので、改めてまた別日に来てくださいと言われて 泣きそうになりました。。 保育園を休ませて、汗だくで自転車こいで、待合室では周りの人に迷惑をかけないよう、ぺこぺこしながらまた汗だくになりながら抱っこしてうろうろあやして・・一瞬もじっとしてない1歳児を抱えて来院することがどれだけ大変なのか、どれだけ労力がいるのか。。 最初の予約時の電話で、防げるような話ですよね?? その日の先生が専門ではないとか、電話ですぐ分かる話ですよね? 子供の遊べるスペースもない上、周りには色々な症状の方が待っている中で、一瞬も気が抜けない長い待ち時間の末、 見てもられないとは・・また来いとは。。。と、ぐっったりしました。。すごく腹がたちました。。 電話受付の方は、もうちょっと頭を使って欲しいです。

子供も、自分も診てもらいましたが、綺麗で良いクリニック。受付のお姉さん達も優しい方。コロナ対策をしっかりしている所。私も蓄膿症でも、時期が時期な時があり、念の為、疑われ別室で防護服着た看護師、先生に検査、診察してもらいました。陰性で良い経験でしたね。因みに、待合室に、コロナが疑われる患者は、まず居ません。別室対応です。
