★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 亡き父が愛用していた松崎さんの背広が沢山あるのですが、その中の一点で兄が着れそうなシルクデニムの背広の修理をお願いしました。何度か電話でやり取りし、見積りの金額までだされていたのに一転、お客様が満足出来る仕上がりにならないからと送り返してこられました。私の依頼文まで同包されていました。驚愕し本当に悲しくなりました。人と時との幸せな出会いと絆をオーダーメイドでお手伝い、、、書かれていることはご立派なだけに、本当に残念です。
There are a lot of Matsuzaki-san's suits that his late father used regularly, but I asked for repair of a silk denim suit that my brother could wear. I exchanged it over the phone several times, and even though the estimated amount was put out, I was sent back because it was not a satisfactory finish for the customer. It was included with my request. I was surprised and really sad. It's a shame because it's worthy to help you make a happy encounter and bond with people and time.
