★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外来で訪れましたが、受付に話しかけようとしたと同時に、ほかの職員が受付者に話しかける。ちょっと待つが長くなりそうなので「すみません」と応答を求めるものの無視。再度「すみません」と話しけると「ちょっと待っててください」と反応。一回目で応答して欲しかった。この界隈の病院は医師の評価は一程度あるが、受付窓口の対応がそれを押し下げて、病院・診察所の評価を低下さているところが多い。

電話に出た女性に半ギレでめんどくさそうに対応され大変不愉快でした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はとてもいい先生ですが、待ち時間がとても長いです。２時間待つことはざらです。診察内容も関係ないため、軽い症状で気軽に来院はできません。時間に余裕のある老齢の方にはおすすめです。私は暇ではないので、かかりつけ医にするには不安です。風邪で来院し、１時間以上待たされ、体調が悪化し、待ちきれずに帰ったことがあります。その際も、受付の方の対応は帰るならどうぞといった、冷たいものでした。受付の方の、対応が悪く、どれくらい時間がかかるか聞いてもわからないの一点張りです。先生はいい先生なので、受付の方の対応を改めていただけたら、、、と思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の対応がひどすぎる。発熱外来をもってる以上ちゃんと対応するべき。ちょいちょいタメ口の相槌にホームページ見ました？とまで言われた、高熱の人はみんなしんどい中たらい回しにされてるんだよ。評価一もつけたくない
