福島県の多世代同居推進の書類について何度かお邪魔しまして、説明を受けましたがこちらが分からなくて訪問しているのに分かって当たり前、コレとコレとこれ持ってきてよ 的な応対されました。
持参する書類が分からなくて見て頂きたく訪問してるのにろくに確認しても貰えず、そのまま受付で書類パラッと見て終了
一般の方には塩対応、小馬鹿にされたとすら感じます。
その後電話で書類の確認や封書で書類の見本とともにわかりやすい説明が同封された物が送られてきました。
直接伺うと全くの塩対応ですが電話や郵送の対応はしっかりしておりました。

その後無事手続き終わりましたが、福島市でも同様に多世代同居の支援を行っているとのご連絡がありました。自分でも準備進めておりましたが、わざわざご連絡を頂き親切だなぁと感じました。
