★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この度は15年ぶりに2度目の塗替えをまた藤目塗装さんにお願いしました。
今回は、関西ペイントのアレスダイナミックMUKIというフッ素以上の耐久性を持つと言われている塗料でお願いしました。
それと気になっている防水も補修して頂きました。
鉄筋コンクリートの家なのですが、劣化している箇所も塗装前の調査で確認して頂き、またこの先15年以上は安心して過ごせます。
塗装以外の全く関係のない事でも気になることが有ればいつでも気軽に相談にのってくれるので非常に安心してます。
今回も仕上がりには大満足してます。
引き続き今後ともよろしくお願いします?

海が近いから建物の保護のためにと思って塗装したのですが、塗ったらこんなに綺麗になるんですね。
新築の時より綺麗になったような気がします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実家の両親からの勧めで藤目塗装さんに施工していただきました。使用する材料も色も全て藤目さんにお任せしましたが、足場を解体すると本当に新築のような仕上がりでビックリしました。WBアートの仕上がりが高級感があって大満足です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古で一戸建てを購入した際に外壁と屋根の塗装を藤目さんにお願いしました。
外壁がモルタル下地なので藤目さんお薦めの通気性を考慮した塗料としました。
他社の方からは防水性能のある塗料を薦められましたが、モルタル下地なので室内の湿気を外に出すのも大事だと納得のいく説明でしたので、今回は藤目塗装さんにお願いしました。
木部の塗装も２回塗りと見積書に書いてましたが、吸い込みが多い為に４回も塗ったそうです。
職人さんも良い人ばかりで、色々配慮してくれて工事中も心配なく普通に生活することができました。
次の塗替えの時もよろしくお願いします。

Other companies recommended a waterproof paint, but I was convinced that it was important to let the moisture out of the room because it was a mortar base, so I asked Mr. Fujime Paint this time.
It was written in the quotation that the wood part was painted twice, but it seems that it was painted four times because there was a lot of suction.
All the craftsmen were good people, and they took care of me so that I could live normally without worrying during the construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築18年の我家の外壁と屋根を塗り替えました。はじめはどこにお願いしたらいいのか分からずホームページで検索して3社の塗装屋さんに見積もりを依頼しました。
各社ともオススメの塗料が違ってて、どれが良いのか迷ってました。ネットで調べたりもしました。
その中でも藤目さんの勧めてもらった塗料が、我家に1番合っていると思い、藤目塗装さんに塗ってもらうことにしました。
我家のような和風でモルタルの下地の家の場合は建物の防水性能より透湿性能の方が大事ですよ！と言われて凄く納得でした。
コロナ対策のために一つの現場に1人か2人で施工するので、工事期間がちょっと長くなりますがよろしいですか？と言われましたが、その方が私も安心でした。
この寒い中黙々と働く職人さんも好感持てる方で良かったです。
