★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 視力検査時に使う道具を白衣の裾で拭いて渡される、コンタクトの処方の際に複数の銘柄があるにも関わらず勝手に決められる等これまでかかってきた他院では考えられない対応をされた。今回はやむを得ず利用したが後日かかりつけの他院でもう一度診療を受け直すことにした。
この医院にかかる事はもうないと思う。

コンタクト処方箋貰う為に診療うけました。
女性の先生は普通でしたが、コンタクト案内する男性の方が史上最悪。
私が座っている真横で壁に腰を寄っ掛からせながら足クロス。常に足はクロス接客でドン引きでした。カッコいいとおもってやってるならやめた方がいいですし、無意識であるなら直した方がいいですよ！こんなこと書きたくないですもん。お互いに気分いいのが一番ですから！これ見て直してくれてるといいな！

全然普通とういうか、むしろ無駄がなく、的確な診察と素早い判断で安心できましたよ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方の口コミが悪く初めて来院するときドキドキしていたのですが、全然気になりませんでした！女性の先生が担当してくださり、親身になってとてもわかりやすい説明で安心しました。平日の2部の診察に行きましたが待ち時間も10分もしないくらいでした。ありがとうございました。

50代ぐらい、身長160〜165センチほど、目つきの悪い男性スタッフの対応が史上最悪でした?
名前を呼ばれた時、宜しくお願いしますの挨拶もなく、始終上から目線、タメ口で話されました。
まず、目の検査をしたのですが、「はいはい、瞬きしないで」と怒られる始末。こちらは患者ですよね？
現在使っているコンタクトがゴロゴロするので、アイシティの方から他のコンタクトレンズと付け比べて見て下さいね、と言われたのですが、高い方のコンタクトレンズしかつけてもらえませんでした。
また、右目の方が見えづらいこともお伝えしたのですが、レンズを勝手に二段階下げられたもので視力検査をしただけで、他のレンズとのつけ比べもしてもらえなく、こちらの同意もなしに処方箋を書かれました。
処方箋を渡された時にしっかり検査してほしいこと、アイシティからつけ比べをするよう言われていることを伝えると、「ゴロゴロしているんでしょ？じゃあこっちでしょ。もう一回検査するの？んじゃ、こっち来て」と怒られ、こちらも我慢できなかったので担当を変えてもらいました！
ここは眼科ですよね？しっかり検査してもらえないのですか？
(その後、若い男性スタッフの方に見てもらいましたがその方は丁寧でした。)
また、受付スタッフの方もお昼休憩を取りたいからか、検査前に会計をされました。普通は会計は最後に行うものではないでしょうか？検査が終わった時には受付スタッフの方は一人もいませんでした…
もう二度と利用したくないです。皆さんも行かない方が身のためです。

Also, the reception staff also wanted to take a lunch break, so the accounting was done before the inspection. Isn't accounting usually the last thing to do? There was no reception staff at the end of the inspection ...

受付に座っていても声をかけられることもなく患者様に全く関心がないです。
接遇最悪です。
オススメしません。

診察券を出しているので、管理した情報から確認してから聞くべきでは？もしくは「どうなさいましたか？」と聞けないものでしょうか？受付で症状を説明したにも関わらず、医師には伝わっていませんでした。アイシティの隣にあるので致し方なく利用していますが、毎回感じ悪いです。ちなみに、度数もいまいち合いません。
