佐賀牛もコロッケもたいへんおいしいです。
が、レジ打ちに少し注意が必要です。
指定単価の肉のグラム数が足りない場合は、上質肉を足りない分混ぜてくれるのですが、
支払いして金額がおかしいなと気づいて見直すと、すべて高いほうの単価で計算されていました。
地元のお気に入りのお店だけに非常に残念です。

豚肉は犬鳴豚がかなり安価で買えるし、レバーが新鮮。すき焼き、焼肉用の肉を贈答用にしたらかなり喜ばれる

犬鳴ポークだけでも沢山の種類があり、テンションアップ。
せっかくなので、一番高いものを購入させて頂きました。
美味しそうなコロッケも購入。
帰って、しゃぶしゃぶに。
うまーっ。
しゃぶしゃぶにしては少し分厚いかなと思いましたが、ペロリと完食。
また食べたい。
コロッケも具が詰まっていて美味しかった。
牛肉もたくさん売っていたので、また訪問してお肉を楽しみたい。
