1/3の忙しそうな中で若い男性が明るく感じ良い笑顔とハツラツとした声で頑張ってて好印象でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コーヒーがほしくてお正月に福袋を買った時に、ホットケーキとコーヒーの無料サービス券が2枚ずつ入っていた。
最初に行った時、サービス券を使ってホットケーキとコーヒーを注文したが、ホットケーキは2枚ではなく1枚だった。
サービス券にはそのような事は記載されていなかったのでなんだか騙された気がした。
その次に来店し、またホットケーキとコーヒーを注文した際にはサービス券の同時併用はできないと言われた。
以前は併用して使えましたよと話すと、その店員が間違えたのだと言う。
結局サービス券を期限内に消化するために何度も足を運ぶことになってしまった。
それが狙いなんだろうけど。
そういう事はあらかじめ分かりやすく明記してほしいし、スタッフ内でもきちんと共有してくれよ。。
でもまぁパスタはまあまあおいしかったので星3つ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットケーキはとても美味しかったですが、炭火珈琲はやや味が薄めな気がしましたが好みによるところです。
店員の対応はイマイチです。
テーブルの後片付けを始めるのは遅いし、会計の際もいかにもマニュアル対応だけやってる感が否めなかったです。
店内はコンセントもWi-Fiも利用できますが、値段に対してのコスパはそれほどでもないと思います。

カフェオーレもミルクに負けない感じのカフェオーレでした。
一緒にたのんだティラミスは普通には美味しい感じですが、私はもう少し洋酒がきいたかんじのものが好きです。
店員さんも丁寧にテーブルや椅子、メニューも拭き上げてくれて、気持ち良く、安心してお茶をたのしめました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店舗に限ったことですが、ウインナーコーヒーを頼むと、いつも半分以上生クリームが溶けた状態で提供されます。他の店舗では乗せたてのクリームとコーヒーの熱さが丁度いい状態で提供されるので、店舗ごとで提供される状態が異なるのが残念です。
また、食事もサラダがサンドの大皿に飛び散ってるなど、提供する側の細やかな配慮が欠けていると感じます。純粋に提供された時に見た目が雑と言う印象があります。
普段からあまり客足の少ない時間帯に訪れるようにしてますが、忙しくない時間帯でこのクオリティなら他のお店に行く方が値段に見合ったサービスを受けられると感じます。
