部屋が空いていれば、利用できます。ホール、会議室、視聴覚室、調理室などあります。図書館が併設されています。
It takes about 15 minutes on foot from the nearest station so it is 4 stars. It is a cozy regional center. The staff are very kind and easy to use.
You can use it if the room is free. There are halls, conference rooms, audio-visual rooms and cooking rooms. There is a library in common.
