M	Mariko H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、管理棟で入山記録を書きます。横にトイレがありますが、利用料を任意で支払います。環状の二つのコースに行きました。何ヶ所か熊除けの鈴をならす場所があります。鈴は管理棟でも借りることが出来ます。きちんと管理されているので、それなりの装備(トレッキングシューズ、ストック)があれば、ハイキング初心者でも安心です。人がいなくて静かな中、天然林を楽しめました。 First, write a mountain entry record in the administration building. 小	小鷹一弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの駐車場に車を止めて、水木沢天然林を散策しました。案内板の表示に従って、水木沢天然林「原始の森・太古の森」の順番で一周しました。最初は標高差約180mを登って原始の森コースの展望台まで行き、次は標高差約180mを下って「上の分岐」まで戻って更に標高差約140mの登り下りの太古の森コースを散策して水木沢天然林管理棟まで戻る一周約4kmのコースです。ゆっくり歩いて約二時間くらいで回ることが出来ました。散策の途中でヒノキやサワラの巨樹に出会えてとても幸せな気分になりました。 I stopped the car in the parking lot here and took a walk through Mizukisawa Natural Forest. n	nanashiki kiba (masasan) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自然景観に優れた絶景多数の信濃の国にあっては、地味ですがここならではの山歩きを楽しめます。(^_^) 一言でこちらを表すなら、訪れる方も少ない静謐の巨木の森。私たちは管理棟に置かれた［手作りの杖］をお借りし、向かって左の原始の森コースを展望台まで往復。所々に置かれた熊除けの鐘(熊さんは普通にいます。彼らの生活圏に入らせて貰っているのをお忘れなく。)を鳴らしながら谷筋から尾根に向かって上がっていくと、檜、ブナ、サワラにクルミと次々に巨木が現れます。こちらは特に小さな子どもさんにぜひ来て頂きたいところ。無垢の魂に自然の力強さを感じるこちらでの体験は貴重なものになると思います。また等間隔で同じ大きさの木が生えているのは人の手の入った証。先人の仕事の偉さ、人の力を感じる場所でもあります。管理棟から展望台まで往復およそ二時間ほど。展望台からの視界は木々に阻まれ良いとは言えませんが［木曽駒ヶ岳］の眺めが秀逸です。次回は源頭の森まで行きたいところ。(^_^) 管理棟で入山時刻と帰着時刻を記入します。管理者はとても親切な方ですから、何でも相談されたら良いかと思います。 Although there are many Shinano nations with excellent natural scenery, you can enjoy the unique mountain walks in this area.
