鉄管橋の脇の木が伐採され多少見やすくなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し離れた所から入る小道から堤体が正面から見えます。鉄橋を渡って抜ける道はかなり急坂なので、冬場はガチガチに凍結しており、ジムニーでもキツイ。切り返して戻るのに苦労しました。気を付けましょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 王滝川と木曽川の合流点近くにありますが、ダム上を通る事は出来ません。車両通行止めになった橋の上からなら見られますが、正面から見るのは難しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木曽ダムは、木曽川水系王滝川に建設されたダムである。長野県木曽郡木曽町福島に位置する。関西電力株式会社の水力発電専用ダムであり、木曽発電所および寝覚発電所の取水ダムとして機能する。 木曽ダムからの送水により2つの発電所の合計で最大1万5,100キロワットの電力を発生。
木曽ダムから少し上流に道の駅三岳があります。その途中からの王竜川の風景です。風がない日、湖面に映る紅葉が東には木曽山脈が美しくとても印象的な場所です。
道の駅三岳は四季折々の新鮮野菜や特産加工物が大人気～ 冬は雪の降る音しか聞こえない静かな山里で、きらきらと光る氷がまぶしく見えます。近くの梅園の開花時は木曽ダム湖に映る残雪の木曽駒ヶ岳とよく似合います。
The Kiso Dam is a dam constructed on the Otaki River in the Kiso River system. It is located in Fukushima, Kiso Town, Kiso District, Nagano Prefecture. It is a dedicated dam for hydroelectric power generation of Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc., and functions as an intake dam for the Kiso power plant and the Nekaku power plant. The water supply from the Kiso dam generated a total of 15,100 kW of electricity from the two power plants.
Road Station Mitake is located slightly upstream from Kiso Dam. It is the scenery of Otakigawa from the middle. On a windless day, the autumn colors reflected on the surface of the lake make the Kiso Mountains beautiful and very impressive in the east.
Road Station Mitake is very popular with seasonal fresh vegetables and specially processed products ~ In winter, it is a quiet mountain village where you can only hear the sound of snow, and the glittering ice looks dazzling. When the nearby plum garden blooms, it looks good on Mt. Kisokoma with the remaining snow reflected in the Kiso dam lake.
