★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和泉市立総合医療センター行の岸和田観光バスさんのバスが道の真ん中にバスを停め乗客を降車されていたので邪魔だなーと思い横を通り過ぎました。その際、目が合った様で、サングラスをかけた角刈りの運転手の方がバスを降りて追いかけてこられ、道の真ん中で、私の車を停止させたうえで暴言を吐かれました。
色々言われましたが、車を降りると怖いので、降りませんでしたが、逆に腹が立ったのか、私の車を殴り破損させて「いてまうぞ！」という言葉を残しバスに戻っていきました。
もちろん警察に駆け込み、警察で呼び出された上司の方と運転手本人はその場では謝り、車も弁償しますとの事でした。
しかしながら後になって、こちらの会社の上司の方は、保険で車の修理が出来ないとなると、手のひらを返したように使用者責任はない、との事で、支払いを拒否した上、これ以上は警察に相談しますと逆にこちらが脅しているような事を言われた為それ以上はこちらからは何も連絡しておりません。
現在、被害届を出し検察へ送致されたところですが、あれ以来一切会社からも運転手からも連絡はありません。
ひどい運転や絡んできたとしても無視して逃げるのが一番だと思いますので皆さんご注意ください

Currently, I have filed a damage report and sent it to the prosecution, but since then I have not received any contact from the company or the driver.
