初めてなのに、きつい言い方で、不安にさせられる。一言一言 きつく こちらが何か悪いことでもしたかのような言い方をしてくる！ここの、受付 最悪〜。もう少し 言い方を身につけた方がいい。医療関係で、働くには 思いやりもなく不向きだ！
The woman at the reception is a little unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からこちらでお世話になっており､岸和田クリニックに変わってからの現在も家族が何かあれば通わせていただいています｡岸和田クリニックに変わってから受付の女性一人の態度がかなり酷いです｡毎度キツい口調で心療内科で通っているのに病院で更にメンタルやられます｡あの女性､患者に対する態度どうにかならないですかね？家族皆､嫌っています｡それ以外の方は皆さん良い方です｡

Since I changed to Kishiwada Clinic, the attitude of one woman at the reception is quite terrible. Even though I go to the psychosomatic medicine department with a tight tone, I can do more mental work at the hospital. What is the attitude toward that woman and patient? I hate the whole family.
