先週から何度かご訪問いただいていますが、インターフォン越しにどの企業の方がどのような目的で訪問されているのか確認しても、なかなか要件や会社名を名乗られず、不信感がありました。
不在時に投函いただいたチラシには有名俳優の起用もあり好感があったのですが、訪問販売のご担当の方のご対応に関しては、営業ノルマがあることと類推しましたが、女性一人在宅の身には威圧感を感じる対応でした。
インターフォン越しで家のリフォーム等は新築以前からお付き合いのある建築業者の方にすべてお願いしていることを理由にお断りさせていただきましたが、
「お金が心配ということですか？」
「直接訪問が嫌なのなら、直接うちの会社へお越しいただくということでよいですね」
「お約束ですので、絶対に来てください！」と語気強く言われ、こちらは女性一人在宅でしたので恐怖を感じました。
夫が不在の時間でこのような対応に対し、個人的には恐怖感を感じたので、この会社は絶対に利用しません。
The employee in charge of door-to-door sales is persistent and rude.
I have been visiting several times since last week, but even when I checked which company was visiting through the intercom for what purpose, I could not easily give the requirements and company name, and I was distrustful.
I liked the leaflets posted when I was absent because of the appointment of a famous actor, but I inferred that there is a sales quota for the response of the person in charge of door-to-door sales, but one woman is at home. It was a response that felt intimidating to me.
I refused to remodel the house through the intercom because I asked all the contractors I had a relationship with before the new construction.
"Are you worried about money?"
"If you don't like direct visits, it's okay to come directly to our company."
"It's a promise, so please definitely come!" He said enthusiastically, and I was afraid because I was at home alone.
I personally felt afraid of such a response when my husband was absent, so I will never use this company.
