★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２月、新築戸建てで乾太くんの新設工事を依頼しました。
何件か相見積もりをとって、安かったのでお願いしたのですが…
壁の穴あけ工事のあと、何の掃除もなしに乾太くんを設置されてしまいました。
専用台と壁の間や乾太くんの下などは、壁の粉塵にまみれたまま。
掃除してませんの声かけもなく、設置終了しました、として、操作説明のあと、佐藤興産の方々は帰られました。
その後、自力で掃除したのですが、乾太くんの脚の下は乾太くんを自力で持ち上げることができなかったので、掃除できず。
モヤっとイラっとしました。
これから依頼される方は、最後によくチェックなさった方が良いかと思います。

先日、口コミを見たとして担当の営業の方がアポ無しで訪ねていらっしゃいました。
お詫びに、と菓子折りとタオルを持参され、謝罪を受けました。
溜飲は少し下がりましたので、口コミは削除した方が良いか、確認するとそこまでは、とのことでしたので評価を変更しました。
