g	gucciママ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これから住宅を買う方には絶対にオススメできない仲介業者さんです。契約を取るまではハイエナのようにあれこれと連絡してきますがいざ契約を決めるとほぼ連絡なし。聞きたいことがあって連絡しても｢今休みでゴルフしてますので｣と舐めた態度を取られました。こちらは初めての住宅購入で知識もないのに｢そんなことも知らないの？｣という態度で基本的に上から目線です。また引渡しまでのしっかりとした流れの表等もなく、常に向こうのペースで進めようとしてきます。こちらの聞きたいことはほぼシカトをされて頼んでおいたオプションを忘れたり説明不足で市役所に何度も行かされました。また自身にとって必要な情報は｢2時間以内にお返事ください｣と言われたりだいぶ急かされます。 1度本社にクレームを入れて担当者を変えて欲しいと言いましたが本社の方も対応してくれずこの会社自体がどうしようも無い会社です。 1生に1度の大きな買い物がとても嫌な思い出もなってしまいました。今後マイホームを購入される方は絶対にここは選ばない方がいいです。もっといい仲介業者さんが沢山います。ちなみに担当してくださったのは所長さんでした。せめて他の担当者を指名されると良いかと思います。 It is an intermediary that I can never recommend to those who buy a house from now on.
