5分ほど遅れますということで、待っていたら5分ではなく15分ほど遅れて完成。
なんか新人さんに教えながら作っていた感じですが、遅れているケースでは、ベテランさんがはやく作ってもいい気がしました。しかも全然悪そびれた感じもなく、残念でした。
When I went to the time I booked online, it wasn't done yet.

It feels like I was making it while teaching a newcomer, but in the case of being late, I felt that a veteran could make it quickly. Moreover, I was disappointed that I didn't feel bad at all.

こちらから出来てますか？と言うまで商品提供されない。そういうシステムなら会計時に言うか掲示していてほしい。

全くできておらず、ピザを焼き直してます。
22:00過ぎにお届けします。
とのことでした。
店は行列。１時間待ってるわー。とか。。。
22時過ぎの配達もあてにならず。
キャンセルしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマスに予約時間に来店すると、出来てるが会計に行列並べと。1時間半後にやっと受け取り。出来て1時間半も経ってるし、冷えてませんか？って確認しても、大丈夫とか言うから帰って開けたら、カッチカチ。今までの人生で1番まずいピザだった。返金してほしいわ。
When I came to the store at the reserved time on Christmas, it was done, but I was lined up for accounting. I finally received it after an hour and a half. It's been an hour and a half since it was made, and isn't it cold? Even if I confirm that, it's okay, so when I go home and open it, it's a click. It was the worst pizza I've ever had. I want you to get a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも焼きたてのピザを、持ち帰りにすれば半額で購入出来るので時々利用しています。
イベント時は混みあいますが、それ以外なら到着の少し前にWebサイトで注文して行けばちょうど良く受け取れます。
I always use freshly baked pizza because I can buy it at half price if I take it home.
It's crowded during the event, but otherwise you can just order it on the website shortly before your arrival and you'll get it right.

チラシが入っていたのでクーポンを使って注文。
ピザが2枚と好きなサイドメニューを3つ選べました。
ピザの生地の厚さやプラス料金でミミをチーズに変えれたりトッピング出来たりしました。
平日で注文時間を１９時１５分〜３０で予約したのですが届いたのは２０時を回っていたのが少し残念でした。
ただピザはすごく美味しかったです☺︎！
I ordered delivery for the first time.
Since the leaflet was included, I ordered using a coupon.
I had 2 pizzas and 3 favorite side menus.
I was able to change Mimi to cheese and topping it with the thickness of the pizza dough and the plus fee.
I made a reservation for the order time from 19:15 to 30 on weekdays, but it was a little disappointing that it arrived around 20:00.
However, the pizza was very delicious ☺︎!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマスイブ一週間に19時に予約して、商品もらえたのは22時。クレームを言う客優先か？おとなしく待ってるといつまでも作ってくれない。写真は19時と22時。私が商品もらえたときはもうほぼ客おらず。確認するフリだけを繰り返された。店長？本部の人間？が全ての客に謝罪にまわるべきといいたくなるぐらいひどい。期待を見事に裏切られました。クレーム対応をバイトに任せて店長一人。企業としての姿勢を疑います
I made a reservation at 19:00 a week on Christmas Eve and got the product at 22:00. Is the customer priority to make a complaint? If you wait quietly, it won't make it forever. The photos are at 19:00 and 22:00. When I got the product, there were almost no customers. Only pretending to confirm was repeated. Store manager? Headquarters human? Is terrible enough to make me want to apologize to all the guests. I was betrayed my expectations. One store manager leaves the complaint handling to the part-time job. I doubt the attitude as a company
