実習なのに「介助の方法を教えて下さい」とお願いすると「その必要はありません」と言われた。
ある職員は「施設に入ったら看取りが始まってるんですよ分かってるんですか」と言われた。
さらに、私が「○○さんが苦しんでます」と職員に伝えたのに「私、担当外なので他の人に言って下さい」と言われたので直ぐに看護師に報告するが、緊急搬送が必要な状態であった。残念ながらこの方は助かりませんでした。
真冬の朝に実習でも玄関開けてくれません。自転車で行って汗だくで待ってないといけませんでした。しかも、６時５０分に開門。実習は７時から。５分で着替えて用意しないと遅刻扱い。
実習に行くかは貴方次第。
