瀧	瀧まゆみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スイス人の方が営んでいるケーキ屋さんです。バタークリームのコッテリ感が苦手でしたが、ここのバタークリームはリキュール等で香り高く滑らか、後口もくど過ぎず食べた後とても幸せになるケーキです。娘は季節のイベント(ひな祭り、端午の節句等)のホールケーキが大好き。今回のひな祭りケーキは周りに桃の花をクリームで可愛らしく。切ると上から、イチゴ、バニラ、抹茶のスポンジでひし餅をイメージ！断面を見て娘大喜び。生クリームも滑らか、スポンジは軽いのでホールでもペロッといけます(笑) いつも目でも舌でも親子で楽しませてもらっている大好きなお店です(´ω｀)人(´ω｀) This is a cake shop run by Swiss people.
